I think, she has the talent, and the looking, to become a bigger star that she already is.
I had found on youtube and interesting teaser of her new album.
Think that she will have big success in frech spoken countrys.
If she want to make a world carrer she had to sing some english songs.
I said this cause more people understand english than french.

Hello Andy, yes Najoua sings almost always in French with a few exception (ONe of us, a song originaly by Joan Osborn) and some others. But for her to sing only in English wouldn't be better for me. I love the French lyrics of her songs and to translate them into English, sometimes, the true meaning or poetic meaning is lost if you know what I mean? Of course, it is up to HER only to decide what she sings and in what language Yes, English is more common all over the world than French but still, I think that more than ever, language have no barriers anymore = Shakira sings in Spanish, Nelly Furtado in Portuguese and they DO sell their albums!

Anyways, for my part, Najoua singing in French or English is a pure melodic adventure and even in French we might not understand the meaning of what she is saying exactly - that's why we ask her questions on this Forum about her songs

Yes i know what you mean.
Sometimes i felt in her songs, the meaning, and this without understanding the words.
This is what music can, it universell and it can transport fealings.
In her Song Rentrez Aux USA, you feel what she carries inside with her.

Its not important in which Language you sing,
but its important that you sing with emotions and this is what she do.

I know the Song of Joan Osbourne. Think that Religion is an important Theme in a hard Time like now.
Think that god loves us in every form and way we are.

But the song, is about ur feelings, what would he do if he is on earth.

I dont would say with my Lines, that she should sing in English.
I only want to say that it could possible, that she has everything what you need in this buisenss.
But its more important that sing with feeling and about themes which we are involved.

I agree. Her songs wouldn't be the same if they were in any language other than French. Although I can't understand her songs (yet), I still like hearing them in her French accent. She has great beats and rhythms, and once I looked up the translations, I could see just how poetic her lyrics truly were.
